As we set sailed through Lake Travis, we had the privilege of listening to some awesome tunes that Ruel provided. His set list was perfect for the occasion. His voice and guitar skills were the perfect add on to make the experience all that much better. On time, professional and talented. I would completely recommend him to any occasion you may need singing guitarist.
First of all, I am in shock at the pure talent that is Ruel Thomas. Not only was he on time, so kind and professional, but he is PURE talent. He turned our small micro wedding into something that felt so much bigger due to his voice. We are so lucky that we had the honor of him being able to sing for us and be apart of our special day. If you are debating DONT. Book him NOW. So grateful we found him. Thank you so so much again.
We hired Ruel to play our wedding after seeing him perform at a local venue. He was easy to communicate with and he arrived early and was set up before the guests arrived. His song choices were perfect and he played and sang at just the right volume. Everyone loved his music and he was also personable and able to connect with the guests. He really did help make the night magical and we would highly recommend him!
While I'm sure Ruel would have preferred a few weeks notice we called him a day or two before an event we had because our previous talent came down with COVID last minute. Ruel came through quickly and was exactly what we needed. With great vocals, excellent guitar work and an added bonus of percussion, Ruel is uniquely able to be the best background music you could ask for, or he could step on the gas a little and steal the show. He's humble enough to serve the needs of the event, but excellent and confident enough to be the event if needed. If you're looking for some live music to take your party or event to the next level, stop looking and book Ruel!
